Exhibition, Selective Dissemination of Information and Students’ Patronage of Library Information Services in Tertiary Institutions in Akwa Ibom State

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of exhibition, selective dissemination information on students’ patronage services in public tertiary institutions Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Ex-post facto research design used for study. The population all 12739 registered undergraduate library users state 2021/2022 academic session. Multi-stage sampling procedure select a sample 790 students A researcher developed questionnaire named “Exhibition, Selective Dissemination Information and Students’ Patronage Services Questionnaire” (ESDISPISQ) collecting data instrument face validated by three experts. Cronbach Alpha determine reliability coefficient .78 obtained. Mean answer questions while independent t-test test hypotheses findings indicated that there is significant influence exhibition It recommended among others librarians need conduct order improve services.
